			<abstract>PLSM input paramters consist of 2000 land-use and NRCS soil hydrologic groups from GISLIB, seagrass cluster basin boundaries developed by Ed Carter under direction of Drs Robert Virnstein, Gilbert Sigua and Margaret Lasi, rainfall for the period April 1998-March 1999, land-use pollutant EMCs and runoff coefficients revised in March 2004 after calibration to measured Crane Creek loadings, and a BMP treatment indicator based on whether new development is indicated from a comparison to 1989 land use. Grid Code = 0 equates to development having occurred since 1989. Treatment coefficents are to be applied to calculation of loads (30% reduction in TN, 50% reduction in TP and 70% reduction in TSS). Impoundment areas obtained from personal database of Ron Brockmeyer, SJRWMD. Impounded areas contribute runoff only during months of March - May.</abstract>
			<purpose>Data set developed to show trends in land-based, annual, pollutant loadings over time and to serve as a means of establishing interim pollutant load reduction goals (PLRGs). </purpose>
