On Tuesday October 15, 2019 it was brought to our attention that the SWIL model geodatabase 
posted to the FDEP ftp site was no longer functioning. The previous model link has been replaced 
with a zip file that contains the Normalized SWIL Model, the SWIL Model Boundary for the Indian River Lagoon, 
the segment boundaries updated to meet the SWIL boundaries, and the 2015 Land Use Codes used to develop the
SWIL model.
