In the .kmz file you will find:

       1) The area for McCarty Preserve

       2) The areas of cells 1-7 (cell 1 is complete and in service, cell 2 is under construction)

       3) The area of McCarty Extension (rainfall on this acreage will either be retained in the cells, or it will get pumped into the cells depending if construction is completed on them,
for example if cells 1 and 2 are complete the rainfall within cells 1 and 2 will be stored in those cells, and the rain that fell on the land where cells 3-6 will be
constructed will runoff to an onsite canal and be pumped into the completed cells, which in this example will be cells 1 and 2. No runoff leaves site.

       4) The area for the neighboring property which drains into an onsite canal and is then pumped into the completed cells.
Notice there is a coquina rock quarry (I think that is what that property is) in the NE corner of this property.

As of right now, I was told that none of the McCarty Ranch Preserve drains south into the onsite canal thus is not getting pumped into the cells.
