These manuals will be updated as appropriate, based on comments received and program updates or policy changes. If you would like to provide comments on any changes or additions to the manuals, please follow the instructions below.

1.	Download the Tier I and Tier II manual Word documents.
2.	Track any changes or comments using the "Review" tools in Microsoft Word.
3.	Send edited documents to FSESCI@dep.state.fl.us or upload to ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/incoming/FSESCI/.
