Have you tried to retrieve all springs data in STORET by using their application?  It isn't the greatest application but if you can get all their info that we need then use this.  If not, then I'll ask Rebecca to advise who can help give us a download of all springs in STORET and then we can sort out the SWFWMD hopefully.
 
There are several ways to get information/data - I don't know if any will work for us....please advise.
