In the attached aerial, the needed survey is the boundary we share with the owner of the depot building in downtown Inverness with whom we are having a dispute about public parking spaces. Also, across the trail from the depot (top right in the photo) is a city park, Wallace Brooks Park. There have been a number of improvements and amenities placed on state property by the city to enhance the park apparently without any approval. Ideally we’d like to determine where the boundary is and have them hold the lease on the portion with their improvements.

 

I believe a survey from Apopka Avenue SE along both sides of the trail for around 600 feet would suffice.

 

The nearby monument that was located on the northern corner of the Depot owner’s property has recently been removed by unknown parties.
