Maintain/update  tblSvlProject and tblSvlLabID, tblWACS_STORET_Numbers, tblWacs_Svl_Field_Parameter_Qualifier_Code, tblWacs_Svl_Program_Area, tblWacs_Svl_Report_Type, tblWacs_Svl_Sample_Type_Codes, tblWacs_Svl_Sample_Type_Codes, tblWacs_Svl_SolidWaste_Testsite_Inventory, tblWacs_Svl_WebPages, tblWacsRegLimitsSource, tblWacsRegLimitsValues.  Understand how to update these tables, how these tables (structure and field entries) affect the valid values in the lab and field EDDs, processing of ADaPT EDDS and the Oracle databases.  

2.  Add methods, matrices and analytes, whet QC elements are required and what are the QC Control Limits. Know how to evaluate a published Standard Method (SM),  ASTM or EPA method and add it to ADaPT's DWM library.  Add analytes to a specific method.  Be able  to copy methods from one library to another or Know what tables you can go to quickly see what methods are available for specific analytes and matrices.  

3.  How to help labs and consultants troubleshoot/eliminate Lab and Field EDD errors and errors during export (merging of lab and field EDDs).

Clark Moore – Environmental Specialist III
Responsibilities:
1)	Review daily ADaPT Uploads to REDD and WACS emails, identifying and solving data upload issues, helping DWM staff with unresolved ADaPT issues.
2)	Provide ADaPT software technical support for consultants, labs, and site managers regarding ADaPT installation, ADaPT processing, adding required library methods, and analytes for specific matrices, troubleshooting errors in ADaPT EDDs.
3)	Provide updates to ADaPT software for all program areas
a.	update ADaPT tables for list of DOH certified labs and all DWM program specific Facilities by querying Oracle Doppler tables
b.	Make all appropriate updates to the ADaPT DWM library following the DWM-Library-Additions-SOP.pdf.
4)	Updates DWM ADaPT web page, ADaPT documentation including; User Guide, FAQ, FDEP Portal documentation, Library History, for distribution or internal use
5)	Assists with any issues with the FDEP business portal (ESSA) for ADaPT submissions for the Solid Waste and other programs.
6)	Maintains Regulatory Level and Criteria tables used by ADaPT and by REDD and WACS ASP or PHP web reports.
7)	Helps maintain and develop automated email responses (FDEP staff, delegated staff, contractors, consultants), for various ESSA, REDD and WACS automated processes.

8)	Identify and help create new web reports for WACS, REDD, eDocument Log and ESSA.
9)	Involved in process to migrate lab analytical and field data from HWCField to REDD.
10)	Occasionally queries REDD and WACS for in-House or Public data requests.
11)  Work with Synectics to implement the EDMS Software, an wb based ADaPT replacement.
