I notice this analyte does not exist in the ADaPT database. You will need to add it. When we submt the application to you on disk the user will have ethane in the database. The reason you need to add it to the ADaPT valid values is that all along I’ve only submitted the ADaPTModules.mde file on the Sharepoint site and not the ADaPTTables.mdb file. It is this later file that contains your existing libraries and related valid values. All WACS/Solid Waste valid values are kept in the ADaPTModules.mde file. I recommend that you contact Cathy Katsikis for training you on the ADaPT user process. This would include legacy processes such as ADaPT valid value and library operations and the new WACS/Validator operations added to ADaPT. ********************************************************************************************** ADaPT/Validator operations do not use the table tblDBHydroStoretcode. That table is used only by the SFWMD folks for their DBHydro related projects. Their STORET codes are different than the WACS Storet codes (no leading zeros). For WACS/Validator operations related to STORET codes we had to create separate tables and code compared to those related to SFWMD and DBHydro. STORET Codes for WACS/Validator operations in ADaPT are stored in the table named tblWACS_STORET_Numbers found in the ADaPTModules.mde file. It is possible to delete contents of this table and replace with new information by manually importing a delimited text file (.txt or .csv) with updated STORET codes using the features of Access. You would need to work with me on this so you construct that file correctly. This approach updates your tables only, not that of other users. They would need to manually import too using the features of Access. Ideally, an import feature would allow this, preferably from a central location like we do with the WACS Testsite Inventory.
