How to combine multiple ADaPT Lab and Field EDDs. 

Have the lab combine the ADaPT EDDS 

or 

Follow these steps.  

1.	Combine the Lab EDDs and Field EDDs into one Lab and Field EDD using a text editor.  
2.	Rename the combined Lab EDD (and Field EDD) to a csv file and import into Excel. 
3.	Highlight all fields and records in the csv file and use Excel’s Remove Duplicate function to remove any duplicate records and save the csv file. 
4.	Rename the csv file to a txt file.  
5.	Import the Lab EDD into ADaPT and re-save it after running the Lab EDD Error Check.  
6.	Run the Data Review 
7.	Import the Field EDD and make sure there are no errors. 
8.	Create the ADaPT csv export file by running the [Export to FDEP Database]
9.	Zip the 4 files into one zip file; (Lab EDD, Lab EDD Error Log, Field EDD and ADaPT csv export file)
10.	Submit through the FDEP Business Portal (ESSA)

Send Clark the updated ADaPT EDD zip fie.  If you have difficulty with this task, then send Clark all ADAPT EDD zip files, making sure all zip files are named differently.
