Doesn't not look at QC limits.

ADR was great, ADR net is difficult.
Not a fan of network applications. 
Changes/updates to the Net version of ADR breaks file processing. 
Nor also frequently encounters Network security issues.

I deceived a call from Matt Jablonski
The SothWestFloridaWaterManagementDistrict (SWFWMD) was moving towards using FL_ADaPT as a web based application (BASIC.NET)
Ying Wu - senior chemist tested ADaPT

Tested beta version, not as thorough at evaluating data as the MS Access based version.
SIme issues were required fixes by LDS, other fixes were enhancements that had to be paid for. 
The cost was 100,000 to get a product they could use. 
They decided this was too expensive. 
They are using FL_ADaPT and programing a database replacement for the EDMS software.

I talked to Krista Sommerfield. 
She is a consultant who sometimes works with Waste Cleanup projects.
She tells me they use ADR to review lab data and prepare it for exprt to the folloiwng DoD programs and Databases.
