This folder contains 2 revised model setups of the 2017 Caloosahatchee EFDC model.
Revised 2017 Model V2, and Revised 2017 Model V3
An explanation of the revisions included in each model setup is provided below:

* Revised 2017 Model V2
The model improves Chla, Carbon, TSS and Light extinction coefficients particularly in the main stem.
	Revisions Included in the Setup
	1) Chla: 
	   Optimal growth temperature: Changed to 25-35 °C  					(Card 11 WQ3DWC.INP)
	   Temperature effect coef. for algae greens metabolism: Changed to 0.034		(Card 13 WQ3DWC.INP)
	   Temperature effect coef. for cyanobacteria metabolism: Changed to 0.034		(Card 13 WQ3DWC.INP)
	2) Carbon:
           Oxydation rate of organic carbon: Changed to 0.0025 /day                             (KINETICS.INP)
           Ratio of denitrification rate to oxic DOC respiration rate: Changed to 0.95 		(Card 17 WQ3DWC.INP)
	3) Nitrogen:
	   Maximum nitrification rate: Changed to 0.0095					(Card 25 WQ3DWC.INP)
           Nitrification half-sat. constant for NH4: Changed to 0.2 mg/L			(Card 25 WQ3DWC.INP)
	4) Light
	   KeTSS: Changed to 0.04								(Card 09 WQ3DWC.INP)
	   KePOC: Changed to 0.06								(Card 45 WQ3DWC.INP)
           Please note that Ke values in Algaegro.inp overwrite values from Card 45 for keb, KeDOC and KeChla
	5) TSS
	   Boundary stress below which deposition takes place: Changed to 0.00002		(Card 39 EFDC.INP)
	   Ref surface erosion  rate: Changed to 0.01						(Card 40 EFDC.INP)
	   Boundary stress above which surface erosion occurs: Changed to 0.00002		(Card 40 EFDC.INP)

The model improves mainly Chla and TSS.
