				<procdesc>Developed sum of weighted average hydraulic conductivity values in inches per hour. The hydraulic conductivity data comes from the chorizon table of the NRCS data.  The representative value was used for each soil column and if more than one column represented a soil polygon these values were averaged. The hydraulic conductivity values were then multiplied by 100 to preserve decimal places and create an integer grid for use the weights of evidence modeling.</procdesc>
