For clarity.  A separate permit was issued for the Hollywood project by me, and a permit was issued for the Hallendale project by Mark Taynton, the field engineer.

II told Russell Setti from Broward Soil and Water that you were not aware of a permit for the Sea Oats Plantings and he sent this to me today.  It might help.

BSWCD was issued a permit by Mark taynton of FDEP on January 3, 2007. The permit number is 8021269.

Please make sure that you have the correct permit for the Sea Oats plantings.  I spoke with Tony McNeal the other day and he says that he did not issues a permit for the planting pertaining to the Hallendale Beach Dune project.  Thank you for checking into this matter.
