Russell. I just wanted to remind you that you need to get an additional
permit for the use of the bricks as they are seen as a form of beach
armoring. In addition the Department will not be cost sharing on the
placement or use of the bricks as our SOW is for Sea Oats planting. Please

the Sea Oats cost invoice. Although this has the price per unit of Sea
Oats, we do have specific Technical Specifications for the required
paperwork. I have attached the Technical Specifications for Sea Oats
Planting Projects. Please use this as your template to organize your
information that you submit to us so that it will get approved when the
billings are submitted. This document is what is required to be in
the project file for it to be complete. If I can be of any assistance
