PB02F.RTB is the RTAB official survey coordinate file for Palm Beach County.

Some of the County has been surveyed by the Corps or other entities for the last 10 or more years
who used their own coordinates. This resulted in a De Facto monument control list which is in
the file PB16F.RTB

The 2002 RTAB file for Palm Beach was not used by many surveyors for multiple monuments in Palm Beach County,
particularly the transact angles. In general the surveyors were using a transact normal to the shoreline
which is the preferred angle. The updated RTAB file matches the actual bearings and coordinates in
use today and for the last 10 years or more.

Changes:
R-103 and R-181 had large angle changes so created two additional monuments, R-103a and R-181a.
H-222 is a new monument at Boca Raton Inlet that has been surveyed yearly since 2004.

The following are the 14 monuments with new transacts that match what has been used as the De Facto angle:
R-88, R-90, R-91, R-92, R-93, R-95 to R-100, R-102, R-126, R-127
