Part V is asking for drainage information that will be used by the Department to evaluate the stormwater component of your ERP permit application. All required documents must be submitted on 8.5" x 11" (letter size) paper.
Part V should be completed by a professional engineer registered in the State of Florida. Since Part V functions as a checklist for engineers, each individual item will not be explained in detail here.
If you are an engineer and have questions regarding stormwater requirements, please call your Florida Department of Environmental Protection or Water Management District office.
1. Include all required items listed in Part V. Print a copy of Part V, and write the location of each item of requested information in the space below the item. If something does not apply to the project, write N/A. This will aid agency stormwater engineers in locating the information that is provided, and reduce project review time. (Sample)

For general and individual projects within the boundaries of all other Water Management Districts review the appropriate rules adopted for use by DEP.
