Use these checklists to help include all necessary information with your application. Using the checklists will help you submit a more complete application, which can significantly reduce processing time.
General Checklists
Use the general project checklists to help you provide complete, basic information for your project, then choose the applicable specific project checklists below to provide complete information for the type of work that you want to do.
Specific Project Checklists
The specific project checklists help you provide necessary information for the specific work that you want to do. These checklists reflect information that the Department would ask for after submittal if it was not included in the original application. If your project includes more than one project type, use a checklist for each type of project. For example, if your project involves dredging and filling to construct a residence and a dock, use the general checklist above, the checklist for dredge and fill, and the checklist for docks, piers and boardwalks.
