The purpose of this inventory was to create a digital representation of the MS4 used to support the intent and requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit issued to the COJ and its co-permittee the Florida Department of Transportation District 2 by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.The scope of the inventory was limited to only those structures owned or maintained by the City of Jacksonville or its co-permittee's. However, to add maximum value some privately owned or maintained structures were acquired if access was not restricted.
